Every piece purchased from Aspire Jewelry is backed by our 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry.

What Our 6-Month Warranty Covers

Within the first 6 months, we are happy to assist with:

  • Repairs for issues such as bent prongs or loose/missing accent stones
  • Correction of verified manufacturing defects
  • Professional inspection and cleaning

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not include:

  • Metal discoloration caused by chemicals, cosmetics, pools, hot tubs, or bathing
  • Routine wear, gradual thinning of metal, or general maintenance
  • Damage caused by impact, accidents, or force (including bent settings, damaged prongs, or missing center stones)
  • Theft or loss of diamonds, gemstones, or the jewelry piece itself
  • Damage resulting from delayed repairs or failure to maintain the piece

Important Care Notice

Fine jewelry is naturally affected by everyday wear. Rings in particular experience more stress because hands are constantly in use. Precious metals — especially prongs — can wear down over time and may need maintenance as part of normal ownership.

Third-Party Work

Any repairs, resizing, or modifications performed by a jeweler other than Aspire Jewelry will void this 6-Month Limited Warranty.
